Empowering Education for Stronger Minds

In support of this we offer a variety of education and training programs free of charge to the North Alabama communities. Our programs include:

  • Kognito’s At-Risk Interactive Training: An online platform with modules that enable individuals to recognize and address mental health concerns.
  • Mental Health First Aid Program: Offered in partnership with Wellstone Behavioral Health, this program equips individuals with the skills to assist those facing a mental health crisis.
  • Virtual Wellness Cards: Soon to be available on our website is a set of Wellness Cards. Based on our unique card deck, each card provides vital tips, facts, and resources for mental health. The back of every card showcases the original artwork of Expressions Director, Leslie Wood.
